“ Allahummaghfir Lahu Warhamhu Wa ‘Aafihi Aa’fu ‘anhu Wa Akrim Nuzulahu Wa Wassi’ Madkhalahu, Waghsilhu Bil Maa i Wats-tsalji Walbarodi Wa Naqqihii Minal khathaa Ya Kamaa Yunaqqats-Tsawbul Abyadhu Minad Danas.

O God, forgive and have mercy, release, my both parents.

And glorify his abode, widen the entrance, cleanse both parents with clear and cold water.

Also clean both parents from all faults like a white shirt clean from dirt.

And replace his abode with a better abode than the one he left, and a better family, than the one he left as well.

Admit both parents to heaven. And protect them from the torment of the grave and their slander. And the torment of the fire of hell.

Dua for Forgiveness for Both Parents

This prayer can always be said. So that Allah SWT eases the burden on parents by removing their sins.

Because, a child whose prayers are pious are always heard by Allah SWT.

Apart from that, Rasulullah SAW ordered to be devoted to the elderly even though they are gone.

The Prophet (peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him) said:

“A man came (to Rasulullah saw) and he asked: ‘O Rasulullah, is there still any good that I can do for my parents after his death?’ The Messenger of Allah replied:

‘Yes. That is, praying (for their corpses), asking God for forgiveness, fulfilling their promises, glorifying their friends, and always socializing with people who are related to them (both parents) ‘. ” (HR Abu Daud).

The following is a dua for forgiveness for both parents:

O Allah, grant me forgiveness for my sins and the sins of both parents. And have mercy on them both as they both treated me when I was a child.

As well as to all Muslims and Muslim women all the believers, men and women living and dead. And join us and them in kindness.

O Allah, have mercy and have mercy. Because You are the most merciful Allah. And there is no power and effort except with Your help.
